Requirements: Bachelordegree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 02 years of experience in L&D, HR, or administrative roles. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel); familiarity with LMS platforms is a plus. Eagerness to learn and grow in the L&D field. Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Preferred Qualifications (Niceto Have): Experience with e-learning tools (e.g., Articulate, biteable, and AI enabled learning and content creating platforms). Exposure to adult learning principles or instructional design. Prior involvement in, learning administration, learning engagement and learning events.
