Strategic Data Insights Lead

This is not a traditional business analyst role. Its about discovering what we dont yet see, asking the right questions, and enabling leadership to focus on what matters most. Youll support cross-functional insights, market benchmarking, AI-driven analytics, and help establish one number focus metrics for each client, employee, and the company overall.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze data from all departments (RCM, HR, finance, automation, IT, etc.) to generate strategic insights.
• Identify patterns that correlate productivity, staffing, client outcomes, and financial performance.
• Connect siloed dashboards and KPIs to generate integrated executive insights.
• Apply machine learning techniques (e.g., clustering, anomaly detection, regression) to uncover hidden trends.
• Use GPT/NLP tools to mine insights from unstructured data (e.g., OneNote, emails, SOPs).
• Collaborate with automation and tech teams to develop intelligent alert systems and data products.
• Shape and utilize the centralized data warehouse that integrates internal and client data.
• Conduct industry benchmarking and market research to assess competitive position.
• Translate market and internal insights into improvement opportunities for pricing, staffing, and service delivery.
• Translate data into actionable business decisions through compelling storytelling and visualizations.
• Deliver high-impact presentations to the CEO, Visionary Team, and executive stakeholders.
• Serve as a strategic advisor on business priorities and performance focus.

Required Skills & Experience

• 8 - 15 years of experience in business analytics, data science, or business intelligence
• Strong business acumen with a systems-thinking mindset
• Proficiency in:
• SQL, Python, Power BI/Tableau
• Statistical analysis and forecasting
• Data modeling and dashboard development
• Familiarity with US Healthcare or Revenue Cycle Management
• Experience analyzing operational, financial, and employee data across departments
