We are seeking a Senior HR (Employee Engagement Specialist) Strong organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills are a must. As a direct connection toemployees, the desired candidatemust be keenly aware of employee relations ensuring they are healthy throughout the organization. Key Responsibilities: Weekly onboarding and orientation 100% Policy Adherence Management Grievance Readdressal Internal Talent Mobility Management Review and Monitor Attrition Employee Engagement Schedule, Plan & Road Map Desired Skill Set: Bachelors degree in any specialization or a related field. 3 to 5 yrs. of progressive hands on experience in roles related to employee engagement, employee experience, or human resources. This may include experience in HR, talent management, or organizational development. Experience in creating and implementing programs that enhance employee engagement, such as surveys, recognition programs, team-building events, and wellness initiatives. Experience in managing employee relations issues, resolving conflicts, and creating a positive organizational culture. Experience working with employee feedback, surveys, and engagement metrics to identify trends, measure success, and propose improvements. Certifications related to the role is an added advantage. Location Preference: Candidates living in Chennai and can join immediately.
