Employee Engagement Specialist

Organize and coordinate active engagement activities such as cultural programs, health-related events, women empowerment initiatives, and team-building exercises ext Prepare materials and logistics for the successful execution of employee engagement events.

Track participation in engagement activities and gather feedback post-events to assess their effectiveness.

Distribute employee surveys and feedback tools, and prepare comprehensive analysis reports.

Collect both qualitative and quantitative data on employee satisfaction, engagement, and workplace culture.

Assist to prepared detailed reports with insights and recommendations for management.

Provide recommendations based on data analysis to improve future activities and engagement strategies.

Daily report updating management on team progress and work updates.
Develop engaging communication materials, including newsletters, posters, intranet content, related to engagement initiatives.

Manage internal communication channels to promote initiatives and celebrate employee achievements.

Maintain accurate records and documentation related to activities and events & Ensure all records are stored securely and are easily accessible for future reference.

Support scheduling, documentation, and reporting related to engagement projects.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to facilitate the Employee Satisfaction Survey.

Assist in preparing and delivering comprehensive analysis reports by gathering data, identifying key insights, and presenting findings clearly.
