Job Description

Experience Required: 1-3 years in event planning and employee engagement preferred
Candidate should be comfortable for in person interview rounds at Chandigarh Location
Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of corporate events, including conferences, workshops, product launches, and corporate retreats.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, sales, HR) to ensure event objectives are aligned with business goals.
Conduct venue research, help negotiate contracts, and coordinate with vendors for catering, entertainment, AV equipment, and other event needs.
Manage event invitations, guest lists, and RSVPs, ensuring accurate data tracking and reporting.
Assist with on-site event coordination, including setup, registration, and troubleshooting during the event.
Support post-event follow-up tasks, such as gathering feedback, analyzing event success, and producing post-event reports.
Maintain and organize event planning materials, timelines, and budgets.
Help develop creative event concepts and themes to enhance attendee experience.
Analyze event metrics, including attendance, engagement, and cost efficiency, to drive improvements in future events.
