Specific Job Duties/Responsibilities:

Employee Satisfaction Programs:

• Design, manage, and execute initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction and workplace culture.
• Monitor program effectiveness through feedback, participation data, and success measures.
• Recommend improvements to increase satisfaction and engagement levels.

Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI):

• Support and manage DEI initiatives to foster inclusivity and belonging.
• Coordinate awareness campaigns, trainings, and events related to DEI.
• Track DEI participation metrics and prepare quarterly reports for leadership review.

Survey Management & Analysis:

• Manage administration of employee pulse, engagement, and exit surveys.
• Analyze survey data and prepare insight reports with recommendations.
• Partner with leaders to implement action plans based on survey results.

Rewards & Recognition Support:

• Oversee R&R programs in collaboration with People Success team members.
• Ensure nominations, approvals, and communications are timely and effective.

Employee Events & Engagement:

• Lead planning and execution of major cultural, wellness, and engagement programs.
• Coordinate logistics, communication campaigns, and post-event analysis.
