Talent Acquisition Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform and supportend to end recruitment life cycle activities
• Work closely with department heads and hiring managers to understand the organization's staffing needs, both immediate and long-term.
• Develop and update accurate and compelling job descriptions and person specifications to ensure clear expectations for candidates.
• Participate in workforce planning to align talent acquisition strategies with business goals, ensuring that the organization is well-staffed with the right skills.
• Develop and maintain a network of potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals.
• Use both active (posting job ads, attending job fairs) and passive sourcing methods (headhunting, LinkedIn, networking events) to attract top talent
• Promote the companys employer brand to attract high-quality candidates by showcasing company culture, values, and career development opportunities.
• Maintain and nurture a pool of passive candidates (i.e., candidates who are not actively looking for jobs but could be interested in future opportunities).
