Understand various corporate requirements from all levels and attract and recruit appropriate candidates based on Hiring managers expectations.
Develop recruiting strategies that meet the expected staffing needs.
Conduct preliminary interviews as part of the screening process to get information on their work history, job skills, training and education, and other basic hygiene checks need to do and inform them of the positions duties and responsibilities, compensation, benefits and working conditions.
Using standardized screening techniques, Assess the skills, qualifications and experience of candidates.
Arranging telephone, video, or in-person interviews with Hiring Manager and to Seek opportunities to remove obstacles and implements complex and unique recruiting approaches
Build networks to find qualified passive candidates to include attendance at networking events on behalf of the Company
Create and maintain strong networking relationships with internal customers and external talent sources
2 years of Corporate Recruitment experience Role
Any post-graduation a degree / training in relevant field will be a plus.
Excel -Basics
Strong Sourcing Skills
Must have ability to Research and Self Learning Behavioral skills required
should have a positive attitude
Ability to speak knowledgeably about the company and answer any technical questions a potential hire may have Strong social aptitude to build relationships
Excellent Interpersonal skills and ability to communicate professionally
