Talent Acquisition Executive

Key Responsibilities

Handle
end-to-end recruitment
for various
Non-IT positions
across departments (Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, HR, Admin, etc.)
Understand job requirements and create .
Source candidates through
job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.)
, employee referrals, and social media platforms.
Conduct
initial screenings
to evaluate candidates qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and follow up through the selection process.
Maintain and update the
recruitment tracker
, ensuring accurate data and status updates.
Build and maintain a strong
candidate pipeline
for future hiring needs.
Ensure a positive
candidate experience
throughout the recruitment cycle.
Collaborate with HR and business teams to improve recruitment processes and employer branding initiatives.

Key Skills & Competencies

Proven experience in
Non-IT recruitment
(corporate or agency side).
Strong understanding of various
sourcing and screening techniques
.
Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills
.
Ability to
multitask and prioritize
in a fast-paced environment.
Good knowledge of
MS Office and recruitment tools/ATS
.
Strong negotiation and decision-making skills.
