We are Hiring For Reputed Corporate Hospital Job Title: Consultant Medical Gastroenterology Department: Medical Gastroenterology Location: Hyderabad city Reporting to: Head of Department / Medical Director Employment Type: Full-Time / Permanent Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Consultant in Medical Gastroenterology to join our department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing and treating a wide range of gastrointestinal disorders, providing endoscopic services, managing inpatient and outpatient care, and contributing to the academic and research activities of the department. Key Responsibilities: Diagnose and manage gastrointestinal, liver, pancreatic, and biliary disorders. Perform diagnostic and therapeutic endoscopic procedures (UGI endoscopy, colonoscopy, ERCP, etc.). Provide expert opinion and consultations for referred patients. Manage outpatient clinics and follow-up care. Handle inpatient admissions and round duties. Participate in on-call rotations and emergency services. Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records. Collaborate with surgical gastroenterology and other allied departments. Mentor and supervise junior doctors, residents, and medical students. Contribute to clinical research, CME programs, and academic teaching activities. Ensure adherence to medical ethics and hospital protocols. Qualifications and Experience: DM/DNB in Medical Gastroenterology from a recognized institution. Valid medical registration (MCI/NMC). Minimum [ 1 to 5 years of post-DM experience (optional based on institution policy). Proficiency in advanced endoscopic procedures is an added advantage. Skills and Competencies: Excellent clinical and diagnostic skills. Competency in endoscopic and therapeutic interventions. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
