Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Design product packaging and toy boxes that are visually appealing, child-friendly, and brand-consistent.
Create infographics, illustrations, and digital creatives to explain product features and enhance consumer understanding.
Collaborate with the product development, marketing, and sales teams to align designs with branding and business goals.
Develop marketing collateral including brochures, catalogs, digital ads, social media creatives, and trade show visuals.
Ensure packaging designs meet printing, material, and regulatory requirements (age groups, safety guidelines, etc.).
Stay updated on toy industry design trends and competitor packaging strategies.
Manage multiple design projects, ensuring timely delivery without compromising quality.

Preferred candidate profile

Experience in the toy, FMCG, or consumer product industry.
Motion graphics or 3D design knowledge for product visualization.
keen eye for international toy packaging trends and ability to localize them for the Indian and global market.
