About the Role

highly skilled Google & LinkedIn Ads Expert

This role requires a deep understanding of B2B lead generation, SaaS or enterprise marketing funnels, and multi-channel attribution.

Key Responsibilities

Google Ads Management

  • Plan, build, and manage paid campaigns across

    Search, Display, YouTube, Discovery, and Performance Max

    .
  • Conduct advanced

    keyword research, audience segmentation, and ad copy optimization

    .
  • Manage budgets and bids to achieve

    target CPA/ROAS

    and maintain efficient scaling.
  • Track and optimize performance through

    GA4, GTM, and Data Studio dashboards

    .
  • Implement

    conversion tracking

    (web, app, CRM events) and server-side integrations.

LinkedIn Ads Management

  • Develop and execute

    LinkedIn Ads campaigns

    targeting B2B decision-makers, industry professionals, and company personas.
  • Build campaigns around

    Lead Gen Forms, Sponsored Content, Message Ads, and Website Retargeting.

  • Create and optimize audience segments using

    Matched Audiences, company lists, and CRM integrations.

  • Track pipeline and lead quality in collaboration with sales and CRM teams.
  • Experiment with creatives, CTAs, and funnel stages (awareness → consideration → conversion).

Cross-Channel Responsibilities

  • Create

    multi-channel attribution and remarketing strategies

    integrating Google + LinkedIn audiences.
  • Analyze user behavior and campaign data to continuously improve

    CAC, LTV, and funnel efficiency.

  • Work with content, design, and web teams to improve

    landing page experience (UX/CRO).

  • Stay updated on ad platform trends, AI tools, and algorithm changes.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 3–5 years of

    hands-on campaign management

    experience across Google & LinkedIn Ads.
  • Deep understanding of

    B2B and SaaS funnels

    , lead scoring, and intent-based targeting.
  • Strong command of

    GA4, GTM, UTM structuring, and data attribution models.

  • Experience managing budgets of

    ₹5L–₹50L+ monthly

    with a focus on measurable ROI.
  • Expertise in

    CPC, CPA, CPL, ROAS, CAC, and multi-touch attribution

    .
  • Experience integrating ads with

    CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, Teleforce CRM, etc.).

  • Proficiency with

    Excel, Data Studio, and Looker for performance dashboards.

  • Google Ads & LinkedIn Marketing certifications preferred.

Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Experience with

    server-side tracking pixels

    Facebook Ads

    programmatic DSPs (DV360, The Trade Desk)

  • Knowledge of

    AI-based ad optimization tools

    (e.g., Teleforce Ad Manager, Robyn MMM, etc.).
