Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Professional located in Gurugram. The HR Professional will manage recruitment processes, employee relations, training and development, and performance management. Responsibilities also include developing HR policies, handling employee queries, maintaining HR records, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations. The role requires collaborating with various departments to implement HR programs effectively.

• Experience in recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
• Knowledge of training and development, and performance management
• Ability to develop and implement HR policies
• Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
