Job Description: We are seeking for a passionate and motivated Inside Sales Intern to join our team. As an Inside Sales Intern, you will play a crucial role in engaging with inbound leads, qualifying them for product demos, and assisting in lead discovery to identify new business opportunities. Key Responsibilities: • Understand the Product: Gain an in-depth understanding of our product, Teleforce, and effectively communicate its features and benefits to prospective clients. • Inbound Lead Handling: Engage with inbound leads, explain the product, and respond to inquiries in a professional and timely manner. • Lead Qualification: Evaluate leads based on predetermined criteria to qualify them for demos and further discussions with the sales team. • Lead Discovery & Research: Identify potential target audiences, research prospects, and assist in developing strategies to reach them effectively. • Support Sales Initiatives: Collaborate with the sales team to support ongoing sales initiatives and provide valuable input for strategy development. Required Skills and Qualifications: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Fluent English speaking and strong problem-solving skills Graduates or postgraduates in BCA, B.tech (CSE/IT), B.Com, BBA, MBA, or MCA.
