Job Opening: Google Ads Specialist Location: [Natures Natural India,51, 1/6, Sahibabad Industrial Area Site 4, Sahibabad, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh 201010 Job Type: Full-Time Experience: 1–4 Years Apply At: [digital.aromaaz@gmail.com ] About the Role We are looking for a highly skilled and data-driven Google Ads Specialist to join our digital marketing team. You will be responsible for managing, optimizing, and scaling paid ad campaigns across Google Search, Display, and Shopping networks to drive high-quality leads and conversions. Key Responsibilities: Set up, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube). Conduct keyword research , competitor analysis, and audience targeting. Write compelling ad copy and CTAs that improve CTR and Quality Score. Perform A/B testing for ad creatives, targeting, and landing pages. Monitor daily budgets, bid strategies, and campaign performance. Track and analyze KPIs such as CPC, CTR, Conversion Rate, ROAS . Create and deliver weekly/monthly performance reports . Collaborate with content, design, and development teams to ensure ad consistency and effectiveness. Stay updated on Google Ads policies, algorithm changes , and paid media trends. Key Skills Required: 1–4 years of hands-on experience in Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, Video). Proficiency in Google Ads Manager , Google Analytics , and Google Tag Manager . Strong understanding of bidding strategies, audience segmentation, and conversion tracking . Experience with landing page optimization and tools like Unbounce, Hotjar (optional). Excellent analytical skills with attention to performance metrics. Google Ads Certification (preferred but not mandatory). Good communication and reporting skills. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, IT, or a related field . Google Ads or Digital Marketing certification (preferred). Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Work Location: In person
