Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

✔️ Plan, create, and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Remarketing)

✔️ Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting

leads, CPL, and ROI

✔️ Write compelling ad copies aligned with landing pages

conversion tracking (GA4, GTM, Google Ads conversions)

✔️ Continuously optimize bids, budgets, keywords, and ad creatives

weekly/monthly reports

✔️ Identify scaling opportunities and reduce wasted ad spend

✔️ Collaborate with marketing and content teams for landing page optimization

What We’re Looking For

2–4 years of hands-on experience

lead generation campaigns

Quality Score, bidding strategies, A/B testing

Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager

✅ Ability to work independently and take ownership of results

✅ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

✅ Excellent communication and reporting skills

Bonus (Nice to Have):

B2B / IT / SaaS / Tech services marketing

➕ Knowledge of landing page CRO

➕ Experience running ads for global audiences
