Role Overview

Orphic Solution is seeking experienced Meta Ads and Google Ads specialists who can manage and optimise paid advertising campaigns, monitor performance, and ensure measurable results against client and internal objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Meta Ads Expert (Facebook & Instagram Ads) :

* Plan, execute, and optimise paid campaigns across Meta platforms.

* Conduct audience research and create targeted campaign strategies.

* Collaborate with the creative team to develop impactful ad creatives.

* Monitor performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, etc.) and adjust strategies accordingly.

* Conduct A/B tests to improve campaigns and maximise ROI.

* Maintain detailed campaign performance reports.

Google Ads Expert (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube Ads):

* Create, manage, and optimise Google Ads campaigns across multiple network types.

* Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, and bid strategy management.

* Monitor Quality Score and optimise ads and landing pages for improved ad performance.

* Implement remarketing and conversion tracking using Google Analytics & Tag Manager.

* Track KPIs and prepare campaign insights/reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications

* Hands-on experience in Meta and/or Google Ads campaign management (6 months – 2+ years preferred).

* Strong understanding of paid digital marketing, bidding strategies, and conversion optimisation.

* Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Meta Business Suite.

* Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decisions.

* Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
