If you thrive on accuracy, compliance, and business insights, this role is for you.What You’ll DoManage financials of all entities (TAPL, TA, TA LLC, TASG) ensuring fair, transparent reporting.Conduct monthly reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.Develop 3–5 year financial plans with agility to adapt to market shifts.Provide strategic financial insights to Management & ELT for business strategy.Ensure timely compliance, including international taxation, in collaboration with consultants.Prepare financial statements as per regulatory frameworks & standards.Manage cash flow, treasury, and foreign currency hedging proactively.Oversee AP, AR, Tax, Treasury, Payroll, and core accounting functions.Implement and adapt risk management frameworks.Drive commercial decision-making with tender, margin & pricing analysis.Track budgets, billing, collections, and tax records with accuracy.Must-Have SkillsCA or CFA with 3+ years of experience in finance/accounting leadership.Strong expertise in financial reporting, compliance, and taxation (domestic & international).Hands-on experience with budgeting, forecasting & treasury management.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.Strong communication and coordination abilities.Good to HaveExposure to international compliance (Dubai, Singapore).Experience in audit prep and closure documentation.Comfort with collaborative tools (e.g., Keka HR, Google Workspace, Basecamp).Not a Fit If YouDepend on micromanagement — we expect ownership.Miss deadlines — timeliness is critical.Treat compliance as a checkbox — we value true adherence.Avoid adapting to financial or regulatory changes — agility is essential.Culture & PerksCompetitive CTC: ₹12 - 18LPA (based on expertise).Medical insurance for you & your family.5-day workweek — your weekends are yours.Return-to-Work Program for new moms.2 Birthday Leaves/Year — for you & someone special.1 WFH Day/Month.Monthly Engagement Activities — sports, games, team-offs.Inclusive, diverse culture — your uniqueness is your superpower.Growth-first environment — where learning never stops.Ready to balance the books and shape business strategy?Apply Now
