Job Introduction: Job Opportunity: GSOC Operations Executives Location: South Zone, India Industry: Cloud-based Software Company (Enterprise IT Services) Position Type: Full-time, Permanent Vacancies: 10 Salary: ₹73,000 (Net cash in hand per month) Reporting To: GSOC Manager / Regional Security Manager Role Overview: GSOC Operations Executive This role is central to managing the day-to-day operations of Global Security Operations Center (GSOC) in South Zone of India. You will be responsible for ensuring the physical safety of employees, security of facilities, and business continuity through robust incident response, team supervision, and adherence to global security standards. Key Responsibilities Operations Oversight: Manage and monitor all daily GSOC operations ensuring full compliance with global standards and internal policies. Team Leadership: Supervise GSOC staff (analysts, operators), conduct training, performance reviews, and mentor team members. Security Technology Management: Oversee and manage all security systems (CCTV, access control, intrusion detection, alarms). Incident Response: Act as the primary escalation point for crisis or emergency situations; coordinate with internal stakeholders and external agencies. Policy Development: Draft and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), emergency response protocols, and escalation matrices. Reporting: Prepare comprehensive reports on GSOC activities, incident logs, key risk indicators, and present to leadership. Trend Analysis: Analyze incident data to identify patterns, threats, and vulnerabilities; suggest mitigation strategies. Event Support: Provide security oversight and risk mitigation plans for on-site events or visits by VIP personnel. Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to both Indian and international security regulations and protocols. Eligibility Criteria Educational Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Security Management, Information Technology, Criminology, or related fields. Desirable Certifications: CPP (Certified Protection Professional), PSP (Physical Security Professional), or similar international security credentials. Professional Experience Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in physical security or GSOC operations. Minimum 2 years in a supervisory/managerial role within a GSOC or command center environment. Proven track record in managing crises, critical incidents, and security technology platforms. Required Skills And Attributes Strong command of CCTV systems, access control software, and incident tracking tools. Excellent leadership and team development capabilities. Neutral, fluent English communication skills (written and spoken) – essential for liaising with US-based clients and employees. High adaptability, presence of mind, and decision-making under pressure. Clear customer service orientation with resilience and a solution-first approach. Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and risk foresight. Professional demeanor and positive attitude. Work Schedule: 6 days a week, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, with 1 weekly off (rotational). Language Skills: High fluency in English as a language. Accents must be neutral to effectively communicate with international teams. Background Check: Must have a CIBIL score of 750 or higher. No criminal record. High integrity and ethical conduct are non-negotiable.
