Job Roles and responsibilities : * Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle for factory and office staff * Ensure compliance with labor laws, factory regulations, ESI, PF, and other statutory requirements * Maintain accurate employee records and handle attendance, payroll inputs, and leave management * Implement HR policies and procedures tailored to the garment manufacturing setup * Lead employee engagement initiatives, grievance handling, and conflict resolution * Monitor and improve employee morale, discipline, and productivity * Facilitate training and skill development programs for factory workers and staff * Coordinate with department heads to forecast staffing needs and manage manpower planning * Liaise with government authorities during inspections and audits * Maintain a healthy and safe work environment as per factory compliance standards Qualifications & Requirements: * Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field * Minimum 5 years of HR experience, preferably in the manufacturing or garment sector * Strong understanding of labor laws applicable in Haryana and garment factories * Excellent communication, leadership, and conflict-resolution skills * Working knowledge of HRMS/payroll software is a plus * Ability to work independently and manage a diverse workfoce.
