About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and seasoned Senior Sales & ISO Domain Expert to drive
the commercial success and strategic refinement of our multi-tenant ISO application, which is
one of the component of our larger Compliance Suite of Platforms. This platform is designed
to revolutionize the global certification landscape by driving productivity, accuracy,
digitization, and paperless operations for Certification Agencies worldwide.
This pivotal role requires a deep understanding of ISO audit processes, the broader regulatory
compliance business, and proven expertise in B2B sales and strategic product guidance. The
successful candidate will be the internal expert driving the adoption of the ISO platform and
identifying opportunities to integrate or cross-sell other compliance solutions within our suite.
Key Responsibilities
1. Product Guidance & Compliance Domain Expertise (40%)
Domain Leadership (ISO & Compliance): Serve as the internal Subject Matter Expert
(SME) on global ISO certification standards (e.g., ISO 9001, 14001, 27001), audit
methodologies, and the operational workflows of certification agencies (CAs). Additionally,
identify natural linkages and integration points between the ISO platform and other
modules in our Compliance Suite (e.g., ESG, Regulatory GRC, or industry-specific
compliance).
- Platform Refinement: Work directly with the Product and Engineering teams to
translate market needs and deep domain insights into actionable requirements, ensuring
the platform not only excels at ISO management but also fits seamlessly into the broader
compliance ecosystem.
- Cross-Platform Strategy: Advise on the product roadmap to enhance data exchange,
unified reporting, and overall value derivation for clients using multiple components of the
Compliance Suite.
Content & Training: Develop and deliver essential product knowledge, domain training,
and sales enablement materials for internal teams, focusing on the holistic value of the
Compliance Suite.
2. Sales, Client Acquisition & Cross-Selling (40%)
Go-to-Market Strategy: Define and execute the sales strategy for onboarding global ISO
Certification Agencies onto the multi-tenant platform, emphasizing its role as an entry
point into our larger Compliance Suite.
- Solution Selling: Conduct compelling product demonstrations and presentations that
clearly articulate the platform's value proposition. Focus on selling the strategic
advantage of a unified compliance and certification management solution.
- Pipeline Development: Identify, prospect, and establish strong relationships with key
decision-makers (e.g., CEOs, CCOs, Operations Heads) at target agencies.
- Cross-Selling: Actively identify and pursue opportunities to introduce and sell other
platforms within the Compliance Suite to existing ISO platform clients, maximizing lifetime
value and market penetration.
- Contract Negotiation & Onboarding: Successfully close high-value contracts and
oversee the initial client onboarding, ensuring successful platform adoption and a clear
path for future expansion into other suite modules.
3. Market Intelligence & Business Strategy (20%)
Competitive Analysis: Continuously monitor and report on industry trends, competitor
offerings, and regulatory changes in the global certification and Governance, Risk, and
Compliance (GRC) space.
- Feedback Loop: Systematically gather, analyze, and synthesize client feedback on the
entire suite to drive continuous product and sales strategy improvements.
- Revenue Growth: Be directly accountable for achieving ambitious client acquisition, suite
expansion, and revenue targets.
Qualifications & amp Skills
Required
Domain Expertise (7+ Years): Minimum of 7+ years of professional experience in the ISO
certification ecosystem (e.g., Lead Auditor, Certification Body Management, or
Accreditation). Must have exposure to broader GRC or regulatory compliance
frameworks.
- Sales Acumen (5+ Years): Proven track record of 5+ years in senior B2B SaaS sales,
business development, or solution consulting, selling complex enterprise software, ideally
within the Compliance, GRC, or Audit technology sectors.
- Strategic Vision: Ability to articulate and sell the vision of a unified compliance platform
versus a set of disparate tools.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of selling
the strategic benefits of a unified compliance suite to executive-level audiences.
- Travel: Willingness to undertake significant international travel.
Highly Desired
Experience selling or working with Compliance/GRC/EHS/ESG software platforms.- Established network and relationships with Tier 1 and Tier 2 global Certification
Agencies and other regulatory bodies.
- Deep understanding of multi-tenant SaaS architecture and the commercial models that
support a suite of products.
