What You'll Do Founded in 2022, the Enterprise Services (ES) organization delivers efficient, resilient, and scalable services globally, supporting BCG's diverse teams. It is an evolving BCG organization that is predominantly focused on providing Global Business Services (GBS) activities to every part of BCG. It includes a range of business-critical services and expertise, including Global Finance & Operations Services (GF&OS), Procurement & Payables, Travel, Meetings & Events, Case Team Services, ClientView (Lead-to-Cash), Real Estate, Executive Support Services, and Business Insights and Analytics; supported by transversal expertise in our product portfolios and excellence functions. As part of the Global Finance Operations Services (GFOS), you will be responsible for creating and issuing invoices to BCG Clients, mainly supporting Middle East (ME) Commercial Finance team. This role will be expected to develop deep knowledge of the financial concepts, BCG process of client billing/invoicing, finance systems/tools and ability to manage expanded roles and responsibilities (cross trained on multiple activities).Also, will be responsible for managing queries from key staleholders and their timely resolution, and related daily/monthly closing and reporting activities. Roles And Responsibilities Supporting ME Commercial Finance with draft and final invoices to be shared with the clients Entering invoice schedules on the internal finance ERP system Be the single point of contact for all system related billing queries Recording and maintaining invoicing trackers with the wider Commercial Finance Team Recording and monitoring invoicing activities across client procurement portals as a backup Understand and ensure compliance with internal as well as external deadlines Resolve billing related queries via effective collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure the highest user satisfaction Maintain exception logs for the process-related exception as and when they occur for incident management and knowledge retention Partner and maintain relationships with local finance teams to address client billing and finance related questions as they arise Maintaining the highest quality standards and ensure accurate creation and issuing of invoices incl. translation of English to Arabic and Arabic to English content, as required. Follow defined processes and highlight when there is an opportunity for change or update Adhere to the internal compliance policy and guideline established by the management on their daily operational activities Complete ad hoc requests and perform other duties as needed with minimal oversight What You'll Bring Minimum qualification Bachelors degree in Finance/Accounting or equivalent through experience 5-8 years of relevant experience in finance operations, client billing, invoicing, time management, reporting, analysis and query management Strong proficiency in written and spoken English and Arabic language is a MUST. MS Excel, Word proficiency and adaptable to several software applications e.g. Business objects, other accounting and analysis tools etc. Preferably exposure to ERP systems like Oracle, SAP, HFM etc. Who You'll Work With We pride ourselves on a collaborative working environment and utilize digital tools to foster that collaborative environment across a global company.
