Job Summary:

The General Manager (GM) is responsible for overseeing the overall operations of the dealership, ensuring efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction across all departments — Sales (New & Used), Service, Spare Parts, and Finance & Insurance. The GM will provide strategic leadership, drive revenue growth, and maintain compliance with Hyundai Motor India standards.

Key Responsibilities:1. Operations & Strategy

• Lead and manage daily operations of the dealership.
• Develop and implement strategic business plans to meet dealership objectives.
• Ensure smooth coordination between all departments (Sales, Service, Parts, F&I).
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and take corrective actions as needed.

2. Sales & Business Development

• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets (New & Used cars).
• Develop effective sales and marketing strategies to increase market share.
• Supervise pricing strategies and promotional campaigns.
• Foster relationships with Hyundai Motor India and external partners.

3. Customer Experience

• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction across all departments.
• Resolve escalated customer complaints promptly and effectively.
• Implement processes to improve customer retention and loyalty (CRM programs).

4. Team Leadership

• Recruit, train, and mentor department heads and key staff.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and set goals for the team.

5. Financial Management

• Manage dealership budgets, forecasts, and financial statements.
• Control operating costs while maximizing revenue and profitability.
