Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all aspects of the hotel’s operations, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance departments.
• Lead, coach, and motivate a team of department heads and staff members.
• Ensure the hotel meets and exceeds guest satisfaction and service standards.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to achieve business objectives and maximize profitability.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports, ensuring efficient financial management.
• Drive marketing and promotional strategies to increase occupancy and revenue.
• Foster a positive and collaborative environment that encourages staff development and retention.
• Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations, brand standards, and other local, state, and federal laws.
• Monitor guest feedback and take proactive actions to address issues and enhance the guest experience.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in hotel management, with at least 5 years in a General Manager role.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, financial reports, and operational strategies.
• Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
• Knowledge of hospitality industry trends and best practices.
• A passion for delivering exceptional guest service and maintaining a high standard of operations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
