Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and strategic General Manager – Sales to lead our sales division. The ideal candidate must have proven experience in the real estate industry and a strong ability to manage, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the sales team to achieve individual and collective sales targets.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
• Monitor team performance, provide coaching and support, and conduct regular performance reviews.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
• Identify new market opportunities and potential clients.
• Coordinate with marketing, CRM, and project teams for smooth execution of sales plans.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with investors, and direct buyers.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and suggest improvements.
• Provide regular sales forecasts and performance reports to senior management.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field 
• 7–12 years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 2–3 years in a leadership role.
• Strong leadership, team management, and mentoring skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to develop sales strategies and drive performance.
• Strong network and understanding of the real estate market.
