Job Title: General Manager – Sales (Rooftop & Ground-Mounted Solar Projects)

Location: Karnal, Haryana & Delhi

Experience: 12+ Years

We are seeking a Senior Sales Professional (GM Level) to lead and drive sales for rooftop and ground-mounted solar projects in the Karnal region. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in solar project sales, business development, and client relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead sales strategy and business development for rooftop and ground-mounted solar projects.

Identify and acquire new clients (industrial, commercial, and institutional).

Manage end-to-end sales cycle — from lead generation to closure.

Coordinate with technical and execution teams for project delivery.

Achieve sales targets and ensure profitability.

Build and mentor a regional sales team.

Requirements:

Minimum 10-12 years of experience in solar or renewable energy sales.

Proven track record in closing large-scale solar projects.

Strong network and knowledge of Haryana/North India market.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
