We are looking for an experienced and dynamic General Manager – Sales & Service to lead our business operations across both districts. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with strong leadership ability, deep automotive experience, and a passion for driving performance through people and process excellence.

Position Summary

The General Manager – Sales & Service will oversee all aspects of dealership operations — including Sales, Service, and Parts — ensuring consistent business growth, customer satisfaction, and profitability.
This position directly reports to the CEO and plays a key role in shaping Veer Mahindra’s operational strategy and long-term vision.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Leadership

  • Drive monthly and annual sales targets across all Mahindra models (3XO, Thar, Scorpio N, XUV700, Bolero, Supro, Veero, etc.).
  • Oversee enquiry generation, lead management, conversion, and delivery processes.
  • Plan and execute district-level sales campaigns, product launches, and customer engagement events.
  • Monitor stock movement, market share growth, and dealer performance metrics.

Service & Aftersales Management

  • Lead workshop operations with a focus on productivity, CX (Customer Experience ), other parameters set by Mahindra as well as revenue growth.
  • Ensure adherence to Mahindra service standards, SOPs, and process audits.
  • Drive profitability through service campaigns, extended warranty,RSA,VAS and parts sales.
  • Strengthen customer retention and relationship programs.

Strategic & Financial Management

  • Manage overall P&L, budgeting, and cost control for Sales and Service divisions.
  • Report business performance, market trends, and operational challenges directly to the CEO.
  • Align dealership objectives with Mahindra’s corporate requirements and regional goals.

People Leadership

  • Lead, coach, and motivate the Sales, Service, and CRM teams across both districts.
  • Create a culture of ownership, performance, and accountability.
  • Conduct regular reviews, performance evaluations, and staff training initiatives.

Customer Experience & Brand Building

  • Ensure a seamless, high-quality customer journey across all touchpoints.
  • Handle escalations personally and ensure timely resolutions.
  • Maintain Veer Mahindra’s brand reputation and visibility through local partnerships and digital presence.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 12–18 years of experience in automobile dealership operations, with at least 5 years in a senior management role.
  • Strong knowledge of both Sales & Service operations (Mahindra experience preferred).
  • Proven ability to manage multi-location teams and deliver consistent results.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule: Day shift | 6 days/week
Experience: Minimum 12 years (automotive dealership mandatory)
Location: Kannur / Kasaragod (must be open to travel between both districts)
