Location: Golf Course Road, Gurugram Experience: 10+ years in hospitality with at least 5 years in hotel management We’re an upcoming premium hotel chain launching our first property on Golf Course Road, Gurgaon. We’re looking for a General Manager who can take complete charge of the property, from operations and staffing to guest experience and overall performance. You’ll be responsible for running the hotel end to end, ensuring that every guest interaction reflects our brand’s quality and warmth. This includes managing the banquet, café, and all departments like housekeeping, F&B, HR, and front office. Responsibilities • Handle daily operations across all departments • Recruit, train and lead a motivated team • Oversee banquet and café operations • Maintain service excellence and guest satisfaction • Work with marketing on promotions and events • Monitor budgets, expenses, and profitability Requirements • Minimum 10 years of experience in hospitality • At least 5 years in a hotel management role • Strong leadership and communication skills • Experience in premium or 4/5-star properties • Proactive, detail-oriented and passionate about hospitality If you’re ready to lead a premium hotel from day one and grow with a brand that’s set to expand across Gurugram, we’d love to connect.
