You’ll be responsible for running the hotel end to end, ensuring that every guest interaction reflects our brand’s quality and warmth. This includes managing the banquet, café, and all departments like housekeeping, F&B, HR, and front office.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily operations across all departments

• Recruit, train and lead a motivated team

• Oversee banquet and café operations

• Maintain service excellence and guest satisfaction

• Work with marketing on promotions and events

• Monitor budgets, expenses, and profitability

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience in hospitality

• At least 5 years in a hotel management role

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Experience in premium or 4/5-star properties

• Proactive, detail-oriented and passionate about hospitality
