General Manager – Lake Vista Restaurant

Location: Lake Vista, Kerala
Experience: 10+ years in restaurant / hotel operations

Job Role:
We are hiring a hands-on General Manager to run the complete day-to-day operations of Lake Vista Restaurant. The GM will be fully responsible for staff management, daily operations, cash closing, issue handling, and overall control of the restaurant. The role will also be involved in the planning and future operations of an upcoming resort project.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily restaurant operations end-to-end
• Handle staff management, discipline, and shifts
• Ensure service quality, hygiene, and customer satisfaction
• Oversee billing, cash handling, and daily closing
• Resolve customer and operational issues independently
• Coordinate with owners and accounts team
• Support setup and operations of the upcoming resort

Requirements:

• Strong operational and leadership skills
• Prior experience as Restaurant Manager / GM / Operations Manager
• Ability to take full ownership and responsibility

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
