Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to oversee our establishment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in the hospitality industry, with a focus on food preparation and culinary excellence. Duties

• Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including food production, service, and customer satisfaction.
• Manage kitchen staff and front-of-house teams, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient workflow.
• Implement and maintain food safety standards in compliance with health regulations.
• Develop menus in collaboration with culinary staff, focusing on creativity and seasonal ingredients.
• Train and supervise employees in food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and customer service practices.
• Monitor inventory levels and manage ordering processes to ensure availability of high-quality ingredients.
• Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and professional development among staff members.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints promptly to enhance guest satisfaction.
• Prepare reports on operational performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a managerial role within the hospitality or restaurant industry.
• Strong culinary experience with a solid understanding of food preparation techniques and kitchen operations.
• Demonstrated supervisory experience with the ability to lead and motivate a diverse team effectively.
• Excellent knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food production.
• Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service excellence.
• Previous experience in hotel or barista settings is advantageous but not essential.
