Role Overview

The General Manager (GM) will lead the overall operations, business growth, and strategic direction of the Vidhvaa Educational App. This role is responsible for driving product performance, team leadership, P&L management, stakeholder coordination, and implementing scalable business strategies.

Key Responsibilities1. Strategic Leadership

  • Develop and execute long-term business strategies for app growth and market penetration.
  • Oversee annual planning, budgeting, and performance forecasting.
  • Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and revenue models.

2. Operations & Team Management

  • Lead cross-functional teams including product, marketing, sales, content, and customer support.
  • Implement operational processes to improve efficiency and user satisfaction.
  • Monitor daily operations, set KPIs, and ensure timely delivery of projects.

3. Product & Technology Oversight

  • Coordinate with the product and development teams to improve app features, UX/UI, and platform stability.
  • Drive data-based decision making through analytics, user insights, and performance tracking.
  • Ensure seamless execution of updates, testing, and releases.

4. Sales, Marketing & Growth

  • Drive user acquisition, retention, and engagement strategies.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams on digital campaigns, branding, and outreach programs.
  • Develop partnerships with schools, institutes, and educational stakeholders.

5. Financial & Administrative Management

  • Own the P&L of the Vidhvaa App, ensuring financial sustainability.
  • Optimize operational costs while maintaining service quality.
  • Manage vendor relationships and compliance with company policies.

6. Customer Experience

  • Establish standards for customer support, responsiveness, and user satisfaction.
  • Oversee resolution of escalated issues and ensure strong user engagement.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Education, or related fields.
  • 8–12 years of experience in operations, business management, or leadership roles.
  • Experience in EdTech, SaaS, or digital products (preferred).

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strategic thinking with problem-solving capabilities.
  • Deep understanding of digital products and data analytics.
  • Ability to manage high-pressure, fast-paced work environments.

Salary Range

Based on experience and industry standards. (Customize as required.)
