Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site General Manager role located in Tiruppur. The General Manager will oversee daily operations, ensure efficient production processes, manage teams across various departments, and uphold high-quality standards. The role includes optimizing resources, implementing strategies for business growth, and ensuring compliance with quality and sustainability standards. The General Manager will also collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve company objectives and develop long-term business strategies to enhance operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership, team management, and decision-making skills

• Experience in operational planning, resource optimization, and process management
• Knowledge of textile manufacturing processes, quality standards, and sustainability practices
• Proficiency in financial management, business strategy, and budget planning
