The role of supporting the business from the Human Resources side and overseeing all HR activities, initiatives, and processes for the Enterprise Engineering group at Eaton India Innovation Centre involves leading and executing strategies and processes related to the people function for the said group. You will collaborate with leaders for various HR processes, support strategic leadership by articulating HR needs and plans to business leaders aligned with the business strategy, and act as a strategic partner to the business to define performance strategies that ensure the meeting of business goals. You will also review departmental budgets, ensure cost-effective HR practices, analyze and review employee compensation trends, collaborate with the comp & benefits team to create compensation strategies, advocate for employees on inclusion and company cultural values, and contribute to building overall employee engagement at the IS level. Reporting to the GSS Governance and Transformation Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the execution of the Enterprise-wide outsourcing workstream and serving as a key contact point for Home-office and Regions.
