Key Responsibilities:
Develop Sales-Focused Recruitment Strategies:Create and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top sales talent, leveraging industry trends, market intelligence, and competitive analysis.Collaborate with Sales Leadership:Work closely with sales leaders to understand hiring needs, develop job descriptions, and identify key performance indicators for sales roles.Source and Select Top Sales Talent:Utilize various sourcing channels, including social media, job boards, and professional networks, to identify and attract high-caliber sales candidates.
Candidate Experience:
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process, providing timely feedback and communication.Metrics and Analysis:Track and analyze key recruitment metrics, including time-to-hire, source of hire, and candidate satisfaction, to optimize sales recruitment processes.
Required Skills and Experience:
Sales Recruitment Experience:This is an individual contributor role. The candidate should have a minimum 10 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on sales roles or industries.Industry Knowledge:Strong understanding of sales trends, market conditions, and industry developments.Communication and Interpersonal Skills:Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Data Analysis:Ability to analyze recruitment metrics and make data-driven decisions.
Preferred Qualifications:
Sales Industry Experience:Experience working in sales or a related field, providing insight into sales roles and requirements.ATS Experience:Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.Certifications:Relevant certifications, such as SHRM or AIRS, demonstrating expertise in talent acquisition and recruitment.
