Employment Type: Full-time Experience: Fresher Job Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Manager/Executive to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, policy implementation, and ensuring a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities: Recruitment & Hiring: Manage the entire hiring process, from job postings and candidate screening to interviews and onboarding. Employee Relations: Address employee concerns, resolve conflicts, and promote a positive work environment. Performance Management: Implement performance appraisal systems and provide feedback to employees. HR Policies & Compliance: Develop, update, and enforce company policies in compliance with labor laws. Payroll & Benefits: Manage payroll processing, salary structures, and employee benefits programs. Training & Development: Organize skill development programs and employee engagement activities. Attendance & Leave Management: Monitor employee attendance, leaves, and work schedules. Workplace Culture & Team Building: Foster a strong company culture through events, workshops, and initiatives. Requirements: Bachelors/Masters degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience in HR management or a similar role. Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office tools. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. Preferred Skills: Experience in the IT/software industry is a plus. Knowledge of recruitment portals like LinkedIn, Naukri, or Indeed. Certification in HR (SHRM, PHR, etc.) is an advantage.
