About the job: Key Responsibilities: 1. Content strategy & planning: Develop and execute social media strategies to enhance brand presence across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp. 2. Content creation & scheduling: Design engaging posts, write compelling captions, and schedule content to maintain consistency and audience engagement. 3. Community engagement: Interact with followers, respond to comments/messages, and build relationships with the target audience to boost engagement and brand loyalty. 4. Performance analysis: Track, analyze, and report on key social media metrics to optimize strategy and improve reach, engagement, and conversions. 5. Trend monitoring & innovation: Stay updated on social media trends, algorithm changes, and industry best practices to implement innovative strategies. 6. Ad campaign management: Plan, run, and optimize paid social media campaigns to drive brand awareness, website traffic, and lead generation. 7. Collaboration & coordination: Work with designers, copywriters, and marketing teams to align social media efforts with overall business goals. 8. Hashtag & SEO optimization: Use relevant hashtags, keywords, and social media SEO techniques to increase visibility and discoverability.
