ROLE OVERVIEW:

We're seeking an exceptional Full Stack Web Developer with 3+ Years of proven experience who can build sophisticated, custom-coded websites from scratch with minimal plugin dependency. You'll work directly with US clients to create conversion-optimized websites integrated with enterprise marketing technology stacks.

CORE TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:

Front-End Development (Required Mastery):

• HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+) - Expert level custom coding

• Responsive design and mobile-first architecture

• CSS frameworks (Tailwind, Bootstrap) and custom CSS architecture

• React.js or Vue.js for dynamic interfaces

• jQuery and vanilla JavaScript optimization

• Cross-browser compatibility and performance optimization

• Accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1 AA compliance)

Back-End Development (Required Mastery):

• PHP - Advanced WordPress theme and plugin development from scratch

• WordPress architecture: Custom post types, taxonomies, hooks, filters

• Shopify Liquid templating and theme customization

• RESTful API development and integration

• MySQL database design, optimization, and complex queries

• Server-side security best practices

• Version control with Git and GitHub workflows

Marketing Technology & Analytics (Critical):

• Google Analytics 4 (GA4) implementation and event tracking

• Google Tag Manager (GTM) container management

• Facebook Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag, and conversion tracking pixels

• Marketing attribution and data layer implementation

• Understanding of cookies, sessions, and user tracking

• Privacy compliance (GDPR, CCPA) in tracking implementations

CRM & Automation Integration (Required):

• HubSpot CRM integration and form submissions

• Zapier/Make.com workflow automation setup

• Webhook implementation and API authentication (OAuth, API keys)

• Lead capture form development with validation and error handling

• Data flow mapping from website to CRM systems

Payment & E-Commerce Integration:

• Stripe, PayPal, and payment gateway API integration

• WooCommerce custom development (for WordPress)

• Shopify checkout customization and app integration

• Secure payment data handling and PCI compliance

• Order processing workflows and transaction logging

Performance & Optimization:

• Page speed optimization (Core Web Vitals)

• Image optimization, lazy loading, and CDN implementation

• Caching strategies (browser, server, object caching)

• Minification and bundling of CSS/JS assets

• Database query optimization and indexing

REQUIRED SOFT SKILLS:

1. Client Communication:

• Fluent English (written and verbal) - Must communicate clearly with US clients

• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

• Professional video call presence and responsiveness

• Proactive problem-solving and solution-oriented mindset

• Documentation skills for code and technical specifications

2.Data & Analytical Thinking:

• Understanding of marketing metrics (conversion rates, bounce rates, engagement)

• Ability to interpret data and make optimization recommendations

WORK REQUIREMENTS:

• Availability to overlap with US business hours (EST/PST)

• Experience working with US-based clients preferred

• Agency experience preferred

• 3+ Years Of Proven experience

• Self-managed and deadline-driven

• Comfortable with code reviews and collaborative development

• Portfolio demonstrating custom-coded projects (no template-heavy work)
