We are looking for an experienced and passionate Full Stack Developer in Laravel and the MERN Stack (MongoDB, Express, React, Node.js) to join our growing Web Development team. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance, and secure web applications ensuring top-quality code, innovative architecture, and timely delivery. This role also includes mentoring junior developers and contributing to the continuous improvement of our development processes. Key Responsibilities: Develop, maintain, and optimize backend applications using Laravel and Node.js/Express. Build and enhance interactive, user-friendly frontend interfaces using React.js, Vue.js, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Design and manage databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB) ensuring scalability and performance. Develop and integrate RESTful APIs, GraphQL endpoints, and Web Sockets. Implement authentication, authorization, and secure coding best practices. Write clean, modular, and maintainable code following modern development principles (MVC, SOLID, DRY). Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, mobile developers, and QA engineers. Perform code reviews, debugging, and troubleshooting to maintain code quality and system reliability. Optimize application performance using caching, query tuning, and best database practices. Stay updated with emerging technologies and suggest improvements to existing architecture and processes.
