Full Stack Engineer

Position: Team Lead - Full Stack (.NET + React.js) Experience: 5+ Years Vacancies: 1 Responsibilities : 1) Lead a team of developers to design, develop, and deploy web applications using .NET (C#) and ReactJS. 2) Architect and develop scalable, secure, and high-performance applications. 3) Conduct code reviews, enforce best coding practices, and ensure high-quality deliverables. 4) Manage the development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and UAT. 5) Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, product managers, and QA engineers. 6) Manage tasks and workflows using Jira and ClickUp, ensuring timely completion of projects. Oversee the CI/CD pipeline, deployment strategies, and cloud infrastructure (AWS). 7) Troubleshoot and optimize existing applications for performance, scalability, and security. 8) Mentor and train junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning. 9) Ensure compliance with security best practices and industry standards. Required Skills & Qualifications: 1) 5+ years of experience in Full Stack Development with .NET (C#) and ReactJS. 2) Strong experience with ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework, and RESTful APIs. 3) Proficiency in React.js, Redux, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript ES6+. 4) Hands-on experience with Git version control and branching strategies. 5) Cloud experience with AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, etc.). 6) Experience in task management tools such as Jira and ClickUp. 7) Knowledge of unit testing, integration testing, and automated testing frameworks. 8) Strong understanding of Microservices Architecture and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes). 9) Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues. 10) Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills. Nice-to-Have Skills: 1) Experience with GraphQL and WebSockets. 2) Familiarity with DevOps tools like Terraform, Ansible, Jenkins. 3) Exposure to mobile development (React Native, Xamarin). 4) Experience with NoSQL databases like MongoDB, DynamoDB.
