OVERVIEW:

Full Stack Developer

As a Full Stack Developer, you will work on both frontend and backend development, integrating seamless UI/UX with robust system functionality. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, DevOps engineers, and data specialists to create high-performance applications that drive measurable business impact.

The ideal candidate is technically strong, problem-solving oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.

DETAILS:

• Role Type: Full Time
• Hours: 08:30-17:00 CET/CEST

RESPONSIBILITIES:

(1) Software Development & Architecture

• Translate product requirements into clear technical specifications.
• Design and develop scalable, modular, and secure applications for web and mobile.
• Build and maintain frontend interfaces that are responsive, accessible, and user-friendly.
• Implement backend logic, optimizing performance, security, and maintainability.
• Contribute to software architecture decisions, including scalability, separation of concerns, and best practices.

(2) API Development & System Integration

• Design and implement RESTful & GraphQL APIs for seamless data exchange.
• Integrate third-party APIs, payment gateways, and external services.
• Optimize real-time data processing and microservices architecture.

(3) Database Management & Cloud Infrastructure

• Set up, manage, and optimize relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MSSQL) and non-relational stores (NoSQL, Redis, Firebase, etc.).
• Deploy and manage cloud-based applications on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and automated deployments.

(4) Quality Assurance & Security

• Develop and maintain unit tests, integration tests, and end-to-end testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress, Playwright, etc.).
• Ensure secure coding practices, implementing data encryption, authentication, and API security.
• Debug and optimize software for performance, scalability, and security.

(5) Documentation & Collaboration

• Write and maintain technical documentation for software development and architecture decisions.
• Work closely with DevOps, UI/UX designers, and business stakeholders to align technical solutions with business needs.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS:

(1) Technical Skills:

• Frontend Development:

  Proficiency in

  HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, and React.js

  .

• Backend Development:

  Experience with

  Node.js, Python, Ruby, or .NET

  .

• Databases:

  Strong knowledge of

  SQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MSSQL)

  and familiarity with

  NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis, Firebase, etc.)

  .

• API Development:

  Experience with

  RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and WebSockets

  .

• Cloud Infrastructure:

  Hands-on experience with

  AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud

  .

• CI/CD & DevOps:

  Familiarity with

  Docker, Kubernetes, GitLab CI/CD, Jenkins

  .

• Testing & Debugging:

  Experience with

  Jest, Cypress, Playwright, or equivalent testing frameworks

  .

• Performance Optimization:

  Strong understanding of

  scalability, caching, and security best practices

  .

(2) Additional Skills

• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn new technologies.

Job Requirements (Technical):

• Languages: Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, and React.
• Server-Side: Experience with Node.js, Python, Ruby, or .NET.
• Architecture: Knowledge of key software architecture principles, including scalability, modularity, separation of concerns, and design patterns. .
• Cloud Services: Experience with Azure or AWS/EC2.
• Databases: Familiarity with relational database systems such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, and MSSQL, with additional knowledge of non-relational systems (e.g., flat files, NoSQL, key-value stores like Redis) considered an asset.
• Testing: Experience with testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress, Playwright, etc).
• Usability: Strong understanding of product usability across devices and browsers.
