Front Office Sr. Associate

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Front Office Sr. Associate to join our team at the Godwin Hotel Group, with 0-2 years of experience in the hospitality industry.

• Manage front office operations, including reception, concierge, and bell captain duties.
• Provide exceptional customer service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and concerns addressed promptly.
• Coordinate with other departments, such as housekeeping and maintenance, to ensure seamless room preparation and issue resolution.
• Maintain accurate records of guest transactions, including registration forms and billing information.
• Ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures, promoting a positive and professional work environment.
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets and enhance overall guest satisfaction.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for interacting with diverse groups of people.
• Ability to work well under pressure, handling multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
• Basic knowledge of computer applications, including Microsoft Office and booking systems, is required.
• A high level of energy and enthusiasm, coupled with a passion for delivering excellent customer service, is necessary.
• The candidate should be able to lift up to 25 kilograms and stand for long periods.
