Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Front Office Sr. Associate located in Siliguri. The Front Office Sr. Associate will be responsible for managing receptionist duties, handling check-ins, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining effective communication both in person and over the phone. Additionally, the role involves ensuring that guest needs are met and their stay is pleasant.

Qualifications

• Strong phone etiquette and reception duties skills
• Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
• Proficiency in managing check-in processes and procedures
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Previous experience in hospitality or a similar field is a plus
