Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Office Sr. Associate located in Vadodara. The Front Office Sr. Associate will be responsible for handling phone calls with proper etiquette, managing receptionist duties, overseeing customer service, and performing check-in procedures. Strong communication skills are essential for this role.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
• Experience in Receptionist Duties and Check-in procedures
• Customer Service skills to provide a positive guest experience
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent required; a degree in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred
