Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Vadodara for an Assistant Restaurant Manager (HOD). The Assistant Restaurant Manager will oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining high standards of service. Responsibilities include staff hiring and training, managing customer service, overseeing food and beverage operations, and ensuring a positive dining experience for guests.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service
• Experience in Hiring and training staff
• Excellent Communication skills
• Knowledge of Food & Beverage operations
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
• Relevant certifications or degrees in hospitality management are preferred
