Manage incoming phone calls answer queries, direct calls to the appropriate departments, and take messages as needed. Maintain front desk operations, including managing visitor logs, issuing visitor/contractor passes, and ensuring adherence to security protocols. Coordinate and schedule appointments, meeting room bookings, and ensure timely communication with relevant stakeholders. Handle all incoming and outgoing couriers, emails, and other official correspondence efficiently. Provide accurate information to visitors and callers, both in person and over phone/email, ensuring a high level of service at all times. Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth coordination and a seamless visitor experience. Candidate Profile: Education: Graduation in any stream is mandatory. Preferred Background: Candidates with prior experience in the hospitality, Retail or aviation sectors Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills. Proficient in MS Office and standard administrative tools. Pleasant personality with a strong sense of responsibility, grooming, and time management. Ability to multitask and remain professional under pressure.
