Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Spa Receptionist to join our team at Fairmont Hotels & Resorts. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and provide top-notch customer service.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage the front desk and reception area, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
Handle guest inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information on hotel services and amenities.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and high-quality service delivery.
Maintain accurate records of guest interactions, transactions, and preferences.
Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and well-maintained.
Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to guest needs and concerns.

Job Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in hospitality or a related field.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and adapt to changing situations.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Familiarity with hotel management systems and software.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
