Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Assistant Manager to lead our Front Office team, ensuring exceptional customer service and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality management and excellent leadership skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage front office operations, including reception, concierge, and bell captain services.
Supervise and train front office staff to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and professionalism.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and resolve customer complaints.
Implement effective strategies to enhance customer experience and increase loyalty.
Monitor and control expenses to ensure cost-effectiveness and budget adherence.
Maintain accurate records and reports, including sales data, customer feedback, and performance metrics.

Job Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience in hospitality management, preferably in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of front office operations, customer service principles, and staff management.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Experience with hotel management systems and software is an advantage.
