Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Assistant Manager to lead our Front Office team, ensuring exceptional customer service and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality management and excellent leadership skills.
Roles and Responsibility
  • Manage front office operations, including reception, concierge, and bell captain services.
  • Supervise and train front office staff to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and professionalism.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and resolve customer complaints.
  • Implement effective strategies to enhance customer experience and increase loyalty.
  • Monitor and control expenses to ensure cost-effectiveness and budget adherence.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including sales data, customer feedback, and performance metrics.
Job Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in hospitality management, preferably in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of front office operations, customer service principles, and staff management.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with hotel management systems and software is an advantage.
