Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Community Associate to join our team at Regus Business Center. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and provide top-notch customer service.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage front desk operations, ensuring a smooth check-in/check-out process for members.
Provide exceptional customer service, responding to member inquiries and resolving issues professionally.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Develop and implement effective strategies to increase member engagement and retention.
Maintain accurate records and reports, including member information and usage data.
Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services.

Job Requirements

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions under pressure.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Strong attention to detail, maintaining accuracy and quality in all aspects of work.
Ability to adapt to changing circumstances, demonstrating flexibility and a positive attitude.
