Community Associate

As a Community Associate at Nap Chief, your role is crucial in building and nurturing the community both online and offline. You will serve as the bridge between the brand and the audience, ensuring engagement, organizing events, and creating experiences that foster a sense of connection and value within the community. Key Responsibilities: - Engage with the community on Instagram through direct messages, comments, and staying updated on trends. - Plan, coordinate, and execute offline events, meet-ups, and brand activations. - Develop and implement creative campaigns, challenges, and initiatives to excite and engage the community. - Establish and manage a Customer Advisory Group to collect insights and enhance loyalty. - Monitor engagement metrics, report on community health, and track growth. - Represent the voice of the community internally by sharing feedback, insights, and opportunities with the team. Qualifications Required: - 12 years of experience in community building, social engagement, or brand marketing. - Profound understanding of online community dynamics, especially on Instagram, including DMs, comments, and social trends. - Ability to think creatively to design engaging ideas aligned with the brand. - Proficiency in event planning and coordination for offline initiatives. - Strong verbal and written communication skills. - Demonstrated empathy, patience, and the capacity to build trust with community members. - Organized with a commitment to follow through consistently on initiatives. - Analytical mindset to monitor engagement metrics and community growth. - Collaborative attitude to effectively work cross-functionally with marketing, design, and leadership teams.
